Hello, I can easily produce such an stl file in a matter of minutes. I haven't rollerbladed in many years but I have a couple of quick questions. Are you using abec 9 bearings? Its just for the diameter of the hole in the wheel. Also are they 100mm diameter across the whole wheel or smaller more "street wheels" you require. Either way its not too complicated and I would suggest perhaps honeycoming the inside for strength unless you have another plan? And plastic selection and wall thickness of the wheels would be something to consider. I'm happy to have a look into it if you want and do several variations for you for the same price.
