Everybody hear will make u a descent plan but my plan would include : 1. a 3d modeled plan with render 2. according to vastu sashtra or not (according to your need) 3. Duplex plan with mandir, 2 bed room, hall , kitchen strictly according to modular fitting ,attach bathroom and common bathroom with faucets and vanity fitting placement 4. wardrobe placement plan (fixed furniture plan ) in bed rooms normally a 3d model will cost's more but it would be less hassle for me because I am already working on similar projects , that's why I would be your pocket friendly.
