Design 2 3D Cars, 1 Japanese billboard, and 1 Brutalist Architecture Building

Hi there- I need 4 different 3D models designed for an upcoming music video. Looking for 2 car models - both "inspired by" modern lamborghinis * one more like a normal, lamborghini-esque car, can be a little sci-fi * one that's a "supercharged" version of the first car, slightly bigger, giant thruster engines on the back. more "edgy" and "concept car-looking" * The wheels and windows on both MUST be separate meshes - so that way they can be animated properly. - Create a red, neon billboard sign reading "Consume" in Japanese (食う) * see attached photo for art direction of the sign - Create a giant brutalist architecture building, similar in style to the attached picture. * building needs front sign text reading "DARKROOM INDUSTRIES" big and bold * building needs flat, airduct grates on the roof (a liquid runs along the building surface, passing through the grate in the video) * no grass/trees like in attached image, but can have a small concrete area just prior to the building steps Let me know if you are available to design these four items, and if you are able to do all of them to 100% quality. If you feel you are stronger in one area than another, like better at cars than architecture- please specify. Needs to be delivered in an OBJ + MTL file format. Thank you!
