Create an Animation [Soil Slope Failure]

I have a College project about Slope Stability. The Animator's job is to preferably use "Blender" to create an animation of a slope failing in a "Critical Circular Slip Surface" Mode (Will be explained) On a highway from one side [the right side] as shown in the pictures below, this is just to have an idea of how will it look like and the graph shown is the actual slope Geometry that i will be providing.
