Hello:) I am a professional translator, a designer and an amateur animator:) I would like to work on this project for just 5 dollars, for the rest(out of 10) is taken by Freelancer just to start working in this sphere:) From your brief I understand that you need a an animated rain, and that man (without background) should just stand motionless while the rain is falling:) Is that correct?:) I am just finishing my translation project, so I will be able to work on your project in 2 days:) But if it's absolutely urgent I might try finding time today:)
