Have a seven acre site with an existing 45,000 sq ft industrial building to be restored and repurposed for use as a community center/ church worship facility. Can provide topo maps of property and many photos of exterior and interior for 3d model. Will use the finished 3d product to inspire revisualizing the program for the project as we prepare to refurbish/repurpose the existing building before we commission architectural working drawings. The initial phase will be to create the land and as-built model of the building now standing. A second phase will be to illustrate program ideas to be generated after examining the existing building. An initial set of drawings were prepared using a mostly greenfield mindset. We are moving to a renovation approach, to preserve the historic character of the building.
