Hi, sorry i set my price as now its taken from the heaven.. need more conversation as if you want true to make nice and interesting project. its possible... also there is no cost per hour - in 3d its not.. also it depends on loads of factors in rendering teqnique - can be cheap, can be extremly high price and need to rent renderfarm.. i'm animator - if my knowledge is not so strong i find people for consultation who are strong. If you can provide technical project - this also helps, and maybe its enough to keep yours and my knowledge.. also your idea isn't 100% understandable.. can you write more details?

By offering you the complete model would deliver the project with a video presentation and associated plans. Regarding your question if you can model with freehand sketches ?: if you can take if the outlines are clear enough. If needed pipes or structural calculations, this part will not be in the initial offer. All this would be developed with Solidwork or Inventor program.
