We are a company (Campusboox, Inc.) that sells college T-shirts to college students. We allow college students to purchase up to one T-shirt on store credit. [IF] the student does not pay the invoice, we then revert to COLLECTIONS (tele-collect).We call the parent's of the student directly and tell them that their son/daughter is PAST DUE on their Campusboox account. We need payment today or we will put a hold on the account and additional late fees. We have a 92% collection rate. Most calls are friendly and prompt. Parents are eager to make payment and settle the outstanding debt. We are looking for young Female Agents that can sound and act like a "student employee" of a campus bookstore. (As if this is your work study job.) We find the collection rate is better with a female voice.
