Hi, This looks like the job for me :-) I would suggest KVM instead of VMware as it would be the best alternative for what you're trying to achieve, it has way better efficiency, which would enable you to build virtual machine easier, and it has NIC bonding as well instead of NIC teaming, the most important aspect would be that it would enable you to install your services on physical machine as well, which VMware will not let you, and above all it's free as oppose to VMware, and you would have access to physical machine which VMware would not let you. I would do the whole installation and would help onboard all your team. all and all I can do WMware as well, yet you have to let me know if your using sth with license or if is it the cracked version, and you should give me access so I would be able to do setting up. Dear Project Poster, I have a vast experience in VMware installation and configuration. I implemented many projects (the last one was a 6.7 vmware deployment on Nutanix Hyperconverged solution before 2 weeks). I have also great experience with working with storages like (HP EVA, HP 3PAR, HP P2040, IBM StoreWise, Dell Vertix, and Nutanix Hyperconverged solutions). We will start by seeing your environment and study what you have in terms of infrastructure (Servers, blades, Network Switches, Storage). Then we will put the implementation plan based on your environment and requirements. We will start the implementation assuring that the servers are connected correctly to the network and storage, and that the disks on the servers are correctly configured. Then we will make sure that all of your hardware is supported by vmware 6.7 Then we will install ESXi 6.7 on each server. Then we will install the vcenter 6.7 appliance on one of the ESXs, then we will add the ESXs to the vcenter. VCenter configuration will follow after that. After creating the cluster we will configure the cluster settings (Like HA, DRS, Admission Control, etc ...) We will also configure the virtual switches, be sure to use all the NICs, use the correct teaming and load balancing. I will also make sure to configure the vmware update manager, and add the vcenter to your Active Directory Domain. I have the logic that can 100% do this project in the correct way.
