We need seismic engineering for a renovation to an existing home in California. The plans are complete and have been through the initial plans review. We need calculations to support the sizing of shear walls and roof diaphragm [login to view URL] building is a wood frame construction with wood structural sheathing CS-WSF with a portal frame at the living room window wall. The Building code is 2016 California Building code . Seismic Zone D1. We are looking for a quick turnaround. we would like to award the contact within a day. Revit 2014 drawings are available, PDF copies are attached. You do not need to prepare drawings as we can make any needed changes you direct. Attached are comments from the building that need a response.
