Create Simple user interface to retrieve SQL Data

Hello. I have a SQL database with a single table: GovLotList -iGovLotId (int identity(1,1) -CountyName varchar(100) -stownship varchar(100) -srange varchar(100) -tisection int -szquarters varchar(100) -lot varchar(10) I would like a simple Windows desktop utility for each of our users to perform the following: 1. Allow users to enter search criteria: stownship, srange, tisection, and Lot. 3. Click a 'Search' button to provide the remaining matching info. For example: insert into Govlotlist Values ('Dawson', '13N', '53', '31','NWNW',8) insert into Govlotlist Values ('Dawson', '13N', '53', '32','NWNW',1) insert into Govlotlist Values ('Dawson', '13N', '53', '32','NWNW',2) insert into Govlotlist Values ('Dawson', '13N', '53', '31','SENE; NENE',6) insert into govlotlist Values ('Richland', '14N', '51', '1','NENE',1) insert into govlotlist Values ('Richland', '14N', '51', '1','NWNE',2) insert into govlotlist Values ('Richland', '14N', '51', '1','NENW',3) A user enters '13N', '53', 31, 8 into the Township, Range, Section, and Lot search fields. Display the matching Countyname, stownship, srange, tisection, szquarters, and lot information. The szquarters is what we are after, but would be helpful to show the other matching information to confirm the correct search was made. 4. A menu option to set up SQL connection information. The table will be very small. I doubt we would ever reach more than 5,000 rows. I can change table/database structure if necessary. Thanks! Brian
