317664 Move a MySQL database.

I need to move an existing MySQL database from one server to another. We have already moved all the scipts etc but are having problems in moving the MySQL database. Normally we would use phpMyAdmin but when attempting to upload this database as a [login to view URL] file we get a 300 sec time out error. We have backed up the existing database as a [login to view URL] (3.7MB) from the old server if that's any help. At this stage we don't have SSH access so I'm not sure what other options there are for installing this MySQL database onto the new server.
