The client must be able to subscribe to the host. The client must be able to receive the published updates from the service, as List<T> The Client must be able to provide an event mechanism for a winform to subscribe to for updating the form (this Winform is for example only to prove it works) - The winform must consume this event - and prove that 8 datagridviews can be updated with the data published from the service while maintaining scroll positions and not losing the grid positions displayed in the gridview.
