Python programming re-design

There is file given already in below which is python programming and it works [login to view URL] can run and [login to view URL] this python programming is done by some phd students.I'm doing industrial project in my uni now, so i got this python program from [login to view URL] you need to do from this existing code is to improve the file [login to view URL] the file handling, nothing [login to view URL] don't have to work on anything [login to view URL] u open the program search open(), then you'll find where is using the file functions in the program; wherever using this file function you need to improve [login to view URL] example, you will see in script has some input/output from files, convert those into functions in a helper file, so that main script can call it from the helper file. So basically in main script you need to change the code so that is something to be written to a file it is done through a function you will have to write. Again you don't have to do anything else, just the file functions from existing script which i [login to view URL] it is very easy for you guys, it shouldn’t take long.
