Fix my Project C program LexicaL Scanner

I am very proficient in c and c++. I have 16 years c++ developing experience now, and have worked for more than 7 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, using c++ under Linux environment. Your program is just written in C right? I don't understand the need of visual basic. I program on Linux, so if its just the standard library I am all good. I have done some parser programming before. How big is your program (LOC) and when is the due date? I bid the lowest because I am new here and am in need of reviews.
