I need a suite of color conversion apps to run on a desktop Mac, to convert colors among RGB, CMYK, LAB and Munsell. This requires development of the conversion algorithm. The Munsell portion is complicated - I can give you some pointers for getting started, but after that you are on your own! After the algorithm is built, these are the apps I want: *batch conversion: I input a .csv file that contains a list of colors in one format; the program converts them to all the other formats. *eyedropper: an app that samples a pixel/small area of pixels and displays the RGB, LAB, and Munsell coordinates *photo analysis: an app that analyzes an image, counts the # of pixels, determines the Munsell coordinates for each one, groups them into "bins", and reports back what % of the total number of pixels are in each bin.
