I am a small business owner who has noticed an opportunity for arbitrage in the used car market. Many times individuals that are selling their car by themselves will not understand what the market is paying for their car, or maybe they do understand but just want to "unload" it. I am looking for a simple program that will identify a few fields on a for-sale-by-owner site, input those field values into another site that tracks national values, and then alert me if there is a discrepancy.
