automatically published to my account on Instagram

I need someone to build an application.. I can select a specific folder on my PC, and any new photo puts it in this folder will be automatically published to my account on Instagram, and write under the photo fix text, I can change this text from the interface of this application and before click start button. - Each photo in separate post. - Path of the folder and the text should be remembered every time when I open the app. - Can be put a watermark on the photo, like a logo or text.
