Add Features To .NET Notes Application

Update an existing .NET "Sticky Notes Application" to add a timer that can be started and stopped from the Notes Editor or the Notes Manager. Source code will be provided. The application is called Notes. A description with screenshots may be found at the link below: [login to view URL] The chosen developer will: 1. Maintain all the functionality of the existing application (Source code provided) 2. Replace the "Size: " section at the bottom of the Note Editor with a button that says a. "Start" when the timer is stopped or b. "Stop" when the timer is started 3. Add a running timer beside the button when the timer is started. 4. When the timer is stopped, the application places a timestamp with a separator on a new line below any existing text. The timestamp should be added with the following format %Time Date Started%, %Time Date Stopped%, %Total Time In Hour Notation%, %Total Time In Decimal Format% Time Date should be YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS Separator should be: ======= For example: ======= 2017/06/30 19:57, 2017/06/30 20:00, 00:03:00,0.05 hours 5. Add a "Timer Hotkey" option in "Settings / About" in Note Editor that allows the user to set a custom hotkey to toggle (Start/Stop) timer. The default should be Ctrl +T. 6. Add running timer in the last column of Notes Manager with the column title "Time" for notes that have running timers. If a timer is not running for a note, the row for that note under the new Time column should be blank. 7. Add a "Stop" button on the left side of the "Hide" and "Quit" button in the Notes Manager. This button should stop the timer for any notes with running timers. The user should be able to select and stop multiple notes. The timestamp (including separator, start, stop, total minutes and total time explained in Step 4) should be inserted for each note that is stopped from the Notes Manager.
