Magento + eBay + Amazon using the M2E Extension

DO NOT POST A BID UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE M2E EXTENSION. I have a Magento Community Edition Installation with M2E installed and partially configured. - [login to view URL] My eBay presence - [login to view URL] I need someone to get the items on my eBay account and on my Amazon account onto the Magento store that will be created. Additionally, I'd like my eBay items to be listed on my Amazon account and vice versa. I need this all to be synchronized and updated regularly among all platforms so when a change or sale is made on the eBay site, this is reflected on the other sites. It would also be nice to get a little consultation on how to beautify my Magento presence with a nice website skin or template, or theme or whatnot... This is my second time posting this project because I was utterly unsatisfied with the responses I received last time.
