SEO for Mortgage website in United States

I need SEO done for a Mortgage website. Website is about 4 months old. Main goal is to get 1st page ranking on Google, Yahoo and MSN. and get at least 30 hits a day. We provide service to only 24 US states. Maybe the keywords can be targeted by the 24 states individually. Please PM me and let me know how long it will take to start seeing results.
