Need Verified Name and Custom URL for two Google+ pages

All i want is for my two Google+ pages to have a custom url that i've been trying so hard to get one... every research i do to find out it says another story. I need my google+ page not to just have a custom url but also a verified name. all i know this has nothing to do with traffic on your page or a certain amount of followers... if you go visit this page: https://plus.google.com/+KapilEnterprisesSonipat/posts you will notice there is no traffic, no activity, only 3 followers, but yet has a verified name and a custom url... this is what i want on my google+ page VERIFIED NAME AND A CUSTOM URL if you know what you are doing and a pro expert in this and someone i could be confident with and knows good english... then go for it. Release milestone will be upon completion of work, sorry to say but to many scammers out there.
