1. You will create a new gmail id. You will provide us its login, password. 2. You will create a google adwords account using above gmail login/password. You will provide us its login and password. 3. We will provide you a readymade campaign. We will provide you keywords & text ads. We will also provide you other details (budget info, target countries etc). We will provide you all the details you may need to configure this adwords account. 4. For google billing, you will use your credit card to pay google for its click charges. We want to use approx US$10/day budget for a campaign. 5. We will pay you followings. A. Google click charges Whatever google will charge, you will raise us weekly bill at every weekend. We will pay you. B. Your Fee We will pay you 10% extra of google charges. It means, if google charges US$100, then we will pay you 10%, (US$10) extra. 6. This is a simple & easy work. If you do this successfully, we will give you more technical work. In that, you can charge us more.
