Custom osCommerce Site w/ SEO

I need a custom osCommerce Website Designed for myUFN.com. It needs to look similar to mmawarehouse.com. My site will sell Fight Gear. The site then needs to be pre-loaded with the categories and the 30-50 products at [login to view URL] all at retail prices with the same pictures, same description, etc. The logo needs to be nice as it will be used on T-Shirts, Etc. I then need the SEO modules installed for the Meta Tags and the Search Engine Friendly URL's. I need this done within AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, the delay is killing my business.
