InstallShield (builder for existing asp.net C# MS SQL project, then build InstallShield installer/upgrader)

**Configure in a supplied VM Image, a builder application like Final Builder that will build an ASP.net C# MS SQL application into both an installer, and upgrader. This process must be automated using a build program so you will have to script the build program , and also make the InstallShield scripts. 32bit and 64bit builds required. You must put all of this into my VM and then give the VM back to me. The proof that you have finished the work will be providing me back the VM, and i can, with one (or two or three) click, BUILD the latest Installers/Upgraders. The installer/upgrader must then install on all relevant operating systems and the installed application must work. READ THE SPECIFICATIONS CAREFULLY before bidding. Note that you MUST download MY Virtual Machine Image to start this project, its size is 22GB.
