Scripts for Outlook rules

Two Script for Outlook Script 1. I am looking for someone to write a script for Outlook which will run inside a rule. The script will look at all incoming mails and check to see if a mail with this title already exsists in a specific folder and if so move the original mail so only one version of each mail is held. Script 2. The second script will reply to a mail with the title "Nimbus Count". When this mail is recived the script will perform a count of all mails recieved in the past 12hours in specific folders and send back a mail with the count in. I have included teh logic in my TXT file. I will need instruction on how to include the script in an Outlook rule.
