Looking for a developer with experience in Scrapy. The project consists of building a spider to scrape rental listings from a dutch real estate website using Scrapy. Depending on the results we could consider you for more websites. These are the data points required for each listing: 1. Address (in dutch Adres) - This is the street name and house number if available. 2. Bedrooms (in dutch Slaapkamers) - This is the number of bedrooms (only the number). - If the number of bedrooms is missing, then the number of rooms. - If the number of rooms is also missing, comment out this data point. 3. City (in dutch Stad) - Name of the city 4. Furnishing (in dutch Interiur, Inrichting) - This data point is not always available. Comment out if missing. - If the furnishing field says 'Yes' or 'No', change it for 'Furnished' or 'Unfurnished' accordingly. 5. ImageUrl - Url of the featured image. If there are more than one image, pick the first one. 6. Postcode - This data point is not always available. Comment out if missing. - The format is 4 digits and 2 letters 7. Price (in dutch prijs) - The price must be formatted in the following way: - No currency sign. - No decimals. Ex: the price "€1230,76" becomes "1230" 8. size (in dutch oppervlakte or woonoppervlakte) - the size of the apartment (only the number) 9. Text (in dutch omschrijving) - The description of the apartment. 10. Url - The url of the details page of the listing. The work must be done in a GitHub repository that I will provide with more instructions.
