Sales Consultant needed.
First things first. This is a fixed rate of a zero base pay and with a 20% commission from every sale made. This is to attract only the serious and driven of sales people. Commission base only jobs will yeild a much higher commission rate and depending on your skills, you can earn more money with a 20% commission compared to an hourly base pay plus a low commission (whatever your last job).
There is no cap or limitations as to how much you can sell. You will earn 20% from every sale, month over month, for the life of that contract.
Example: - We offer a monthly service.
One client's invoice is $5000 a month. When that client has paid their invoice (clients can be set up for auto withdrawl) you will earn 20% commission from that paid invoice. You will recieve $1000 every month for the life of that contract- for as long as that contract is active.
Another client's invoice is $600 a month. When that client has paid their invoice you will earn 20% commission from that paid invoice. You will recieve another $120 every month for the life of that contract. -for as long as that contract is active.
A third client's invoice is $3000 a month. When that client has paid their invoice you will earn 20% commission from that paid invoice. You will recieve a third paycheck for $600 every month for the life of that contract. -for as long as that contract is active. and so on...
Requirements:
Ability to sell Business Continuity. (Knowledge of anything that disrupts the flow of Business needs for small and midsize businesses are a major plus.- just read your daily blogs for info and use dollar face value on an industry of your choosing.)
Manages opportunities for client projects. Including working with client to investigate and analyze their needs and requirements; preparing proposals; presenting proposals; answering questions; obtaining acceptance; scheduling service delivery; post-project follow up with the client - to keep them onboard longer than their signed contract.
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with C-level customers and business partners.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
