In 2019, I worked for one of the bank companies, namely BNI Life as a bancassurance. My job is to offer insurance products to bank customers or non-bank customers. I was only there for 4 months, because I rarely achieved targets, so the company asked me to resign. Then, I worked at the Traveloka company as a customer service. My job is also to offer Airport Transport products to every passenger. I was also there for only 4 months, because me & all the employees had their work contracts terminated en masse. I really like sales because it can challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone & build relationships with customers. Lastly, I worked as Employee Relations/ HRD for 1 year and had completed my work contract in February 2021.
