Hi, I'm building a web application where the backend is written with Ruby on Rails, and parts of the front-end are built with React (other parts are plain Rails views using HAML and Bootstrap.) I'm looking for a mid-level to senior full-stack Rails developer with at least 5 years of experience. We have a range of challenging features and bugs to work on. I'm looking for someone with great communication and problem-solving skills. I would like to start part-time (10-20 hours per week), with the potential to go full-time in the future. There are currently two people on the team: I am a solo founder and developer, and we also have someone doing customer support part-time. You would be joining as the second developer, so I'm looking for a self-starter who doesn't get blocked easily and doesn't need too much help to get started. You will also need to have a fluent or native level of English and decent writing skills, so that we can have strong and clear communication. I am looking for someone who can deeply understand feature requests and bugs, and who can contribute to our internal wiki and external documentation. Thanks.
