Changing Careers; Need Cover Letter

I am looking for a professional cover letter that will outline my volunteer experience, which is also my passion. My goal is to change careers from the Corporate World/Business to Animal Welfare. I will share my resume for your review to see all transferable skills (organization, analytical, time management, etc) that I would like to be included in the cover letter. I would expect you to review the resume and pull those skills out and incorporate it into the cover letter. Additional points I would like to make in the Cover Letter are: I've founded 3 501c3 non profit dog rescues in the state of TN, one which also offers funding for vet care for pet parents experiencing economic hardship I am on the board of directors of 2 of those non-profits; 3rd non profit was handed over to resume and still functional today. I've owned dogs for more than 20 years, mostly behavior dogs, which required me to determine triggers and either manage or train the dog. I've fostered dogs for 10 years, mainly behavior, medical and special needs. I've educated the public on the importance of proper vaccinations, preventatives and altering to reduce the population of dogs in the world, which will help reduce the euthanasia rate I have established vet contacts for recommendations on my dedication to all animals that cross my path. I've gained knowledge in fundraising in order to operate the non-profit and be successful at helping the dogs in need. Our motto has always been quality over quantity. I've interviewed applicants to determine their dedication level in an effort to determine if they would fit the standards of adopting our dogs. We adopt based on home dynamics, not visual appearance.
