The company is based in USA with operations in Mexico and Canada. The research consist in analyze 4 possible countries to continue growing. Based on that we should choose 1. The company is B2B mainly. Packing and shipping supplies and industrial equipment. Any business can be a customer. This is what needs to be done. Each thing requires a powerpoint slide (not a laaarge page so each number is 1 slide) 1. Description of the company ( i will provide that) 2. four potential countries and why they are potential 3. key factors to consider: risk appetite, macroeconomic concerns, institutional void/regulatory concerns and key competitors (competitors will be provided) Comparative analysis of each country for: 4. Souvereign risk, macroeconomic outlook, list of key institutional voids 5. Overall business climate, Industry-relevant regulation 6. Function-specific additional factors 7. Company-specific deeper analysis (details will be provided) 8. Conclusion (country choose and why) Only serious freelancers, professionals with ability to do research.
