3D Plan of a Semi Detached House

Dears Architects My Budget is 100$ I am looking for a great architect ( not a scammer or a time waster) - Requirements: Normal Plan 3D Plan Exterior Design for the front and back of the house and the annex It is going to be two twin houses with two annex on the back (on each) There will be a BBQ area on the left of each land Plan for the fence Plan for Semi Detached (as it is on the picture) with two annexes on the back (the far wall(the wall on the back) of the fence will be used to build the two annexes (saving money on bricks) Annexes (will be built from the fence, one for each house) all the windows will be facing the main house 1 Ensuite with a very tiny closet , 1 living room with toilet for guest, 1 kitchen, on the left of the annex there will be 2 doors (facing the main house) one gives access to the laundry and the other one gives access to the storage Main houses (each) Ground floor - 1 Ensuite with a very tiny closet, 1 living Room, 1Dining Room with access to the kitchen (but with a door to separate them) 1 Guests Toilet Top floor - 3 Ensuite rooms with a closet , 1 private living room with a large balcony (as it is on the picture
