I am a student in Architecture school with 3 years of experience in the field of 3d modeling, I will be glad to help you get this job done as fast and efficient as possible. I am open to refining my final work or editing in it after handling it with no extra money. I will be using 3dMax to model but i can use sketch up if u prefare, at both cases i will be rendering using V-Ray. a final photoshop editing is needed but u may exclude it as u wish and its value can be excluded.. details of flooring materials is needed my bidding maybe low but this is because i am new here in this site, and i want gain the trust of my employees, so money isn't my very concern at the moment. thanks in advance , Xenoroid
