Hair dye is most often used and formed to color the hair but the removal of its effluents and its remaining sludge from the environment is very difficult. It contains the harmful chemicals that cause mutagenic activity which further leads to cancer. For cleaning the water polluted with the chemicals of hair dye we use bioremediation process in which we use microorganisms like bacteria to remove pollutant from waste water. The 16S rDNA gene sequence confirmed that 1 mg/ml of dye was effectively decolorized within 18 h by the use of Enterobacter cloacae bacterium which is designated a DDB I to recognize UV-induced DNA damage in the low content of Sugarcane bagasse powder. The main reasons to change the color of hair are regarded to look more fashionable or desirable, or to restore the original hair color after it has been discolored by hairdressing processes. People are continuously dying their hair despite its adverse effect on the health. The short term effects include allergy and dermatitis disease. The dermatitis diseases is the skin disease mean forming of color patches on hairline. Different ingredients used in hair dyes cause different diseases but the most toxic ingredients are ammonia and hydrogen peroxide and long term exposure cause cancer mostly in workers.
