One-shot Imahe recognition Using python

Hi Team, I am glad to inform that I had already done a similar project with Facebook API. I had used ASP.NET to code the logic. It downloads a Facebook Page's reviews and store it in a text file and use Machine learning algorithms and predict the category of the review (about service or taste or ambiance) and store the result in a text file analysis. So for your requirement, I can develop a tool that takes input files, apply algorithm and process the output. I have knowledge on Python, so developing the tool in Python should not be a problem.
