Task 1: I have the modules in place but don’t know how they work exactly and some may need re-programmed a little to do what I need. I need employees to clock in/out using a badge (That is working).Though I have to create attendance each week per employee (I want this automated). They submit the timecard to the manager (I want this automated). Then the manager approves it. Once the manager approves it I am not sure where it is going. I think it should be going to the HR manager but I am not sure. I want it to go to the HR manager who will then be able to pull the hours into payroll. Then using “Payroll Payment Advice” create the document that will be sent to the bank for Direct Deposit. Task 2: Edit module: Fleet Repair Request. All we want is the name changed (On the front end for the clients) and not call it a repair as we don’t do repairs but do vehicle wraps. Task 3: I want the Login to have captcha for security Task 4: Make sure I understand (teach me) how Payroll works with everything above from Task 1. I need some help with basic setup and some code modifying to make it do what we want. It would be a lot easier if we could discuss what I need via voice chat/phone. But I will try to give a brief description of what I need. I have all the modules installed that I believe are needed but don't have them completely working. FIRST: I have timesheets installed and have it working the employees can badge in and out and that works. I don't know how to get that info to payroll to make it calculate what we should pay them. I am sure that is simple but I am lost. Then I want it to be sent to a module called Payroll Payment advice ([login to view URL]) and that module should create a spreadsheet or pdf that we can upload to our bank for direct deposit. Second: I am going to buy a module called: Fleet/Auto/Vehicle Repair Service Scheduler, Online Request Management and Fleet Integration ([login to view URL]) Everything about that app will do what we want but I don't want it called fleet repair so I will need help changing what the customer sees. Not sure just yet what the name I want but will know that soon. Just know it won't be fleet repair as we don't do repairs. We are a vinyl company. Third: Little training. I want you to train me on how the above works so I can train management.
