Make adjustments to my Discord Python Bot

I can give you the original source code to my bot that I want you to work on. I just want people who have experience making Discord Python bots. All details can be discussed and I can invite you to my erver. I need changes to existing currency/giveaway bot ,rankup command - must be the Ruby I one role to use, and can rank up each level and category by solely doing the ,rankup command. For example, Ruby I to Ruby II costs 2 currency, Ruby II to Ruby III costs 2 currency, and Ruby III to Sapphire I costs 4 currency. I can give all role IDs and invite you to my server so you can understand more. giveaway system that picks a random winner based on reactions. Giveaway needs to be able to have a custom end time that can be set, a custom description and upon the giveaway ending, the winner receives the currency. ,reroll command as well. Level bot Standard experience/level bot, you get experience and gain level roles each time you send a message in a certain channel. I need a leaderboard command that shows the most people with experience, and I need a rank card command that shows the person's level, how far they are from the next level, how much experience they have, and their overall rank in the server. I can supply the rank card graphic I also need a weekly leaderboard that resets every monday. The leaderboard will be a top 10 and it will show the top 10 people who have gained the most experience that week. The 1st guy gets this role (ID:814363706908475392) & 30 currency, second place gets 20 currency, and third place gets 10. The remaining 7 get 5 currency. The leaderboard will need to update itself every five minutes.
