Cricket DRS System using Python computer vision

Hi, I am a sports events broadcaster, So now I want to create DRS system for cricket using python cv2. Live Cricket Event Setup - We do cover cricket event using number of cameras which are connected to switcher. switcher connected to computer machine using any converter(eg blackmagic intensity shuttle). from this computer machine we broadcast the event on any channel ( Youtube, Facebook etc). We need to create Python Desktop application. Screen 1 : detect & list out all the inputs which are connected to computer, user will select the required input camera. Screen 2 : using python cv access the video of connected input. In UI along with video, show 4 buttons ( Last 10 Sec, Last 15 Sec, Last 20 Sec, Last 30 Sec ) ---Whenever DRS decision need to be call of---- user should select any of the button above & video should revise back to those seconds & get to back to actual scene. using script should detect ball ...show it with the line & predict if it could hit stump or not. Also it should see with zoom in zoom out ( both button has to be there) Also it should show motion (slow, very slow, fast) Also it should rotate & show from different angle Please see the example below - [login to view URL] You should provide the application demo on my machine & it should provide entire code so in future if we need enhancement we can do so
