Build a Desktop based Resume Parser

Requirements: 1. Be able to read most common doc formats - txt, pdf, doc, docx, (openoffice and others optional) 2. Extract common fields such as Name, email address, physical address, education, work experience, skills, other data 3. Use rule based and NLP based techniques to extract fields in 2. 4. Test with resumes provided by us 5. Populate in local SQLITE database 6. Display database in UI, and allow for basic sorting and linking to original document from the UI 7. Must be in written in python as well as compiled as a windows executable. Building cross platform is desirable, but this can be discussed once the project begins 8. Provide simple licensing / payment / tracking method. We don't want people to copy / replicate this. 9. Provide setup instructions, set up file and screenshots 10. Provide code as well as scripts to compile as a deliverable
