I would like a schedule for food trucks to operate on a 6 day roster around 24 different locations and ensure a fair rotation of each food truck on an 8 week cycle. There are 40 different food trucks who will be part of this roster and some will have conditions. For example we do not want 2x Ice Cream vendors on the same night.
