Ongoing requirement to support my business in various design and project management functions including: - Microsoft Project Scheduling - Estimating & quantity surveying - Project reporting - Architectural design, interior design and construction drawings - Tendering / request for quotation This request specifically relates to a residential extension to an existing dwelling. I initially require: 1) A microsoft project plan developed for the 2 storey extension off the rear of the existing dwelling As part of your response, I will require: 1) A fixed price to develop MS project plan including task breakdown and durations (predecessors linkages and dates not critical at this stage) 2) A fixed response time for completion of work that can provided for this project and also assumed for future works. It is expected that the the project schedule will include (but not be limited to): Trades Suppliers ? Demolition ? Structural Steel ? Excavation ? Timber ? Structural steel install ? Concreting & Steel Fixing ? Carpentry Brick / blockwork Landscaping ? Joinery ? Aluminium windows & doors ? Asbestos Removal ? Steel roofing ? Tiled roofing ? Gutters, fascia, downpipes ? Tiling & waterproofing ? Shower screens, mirrors & splashbacks ? Excavation
