Greetings. I checked your Machine Learning and Datamining project requirements. Your work is one of the tasks that can be done very perfectly by us. We are good in Supervised Learning Technologies like Classification, Logistic Regression, kNN , Naïve Bayes , Support Vector Machines , Feature Selection and etc. I am also good in unsupervised learning technologies like Clustering (k-means, hierarchical, etc.) PCA , Decision Trees , Random Forests , Bagging , Boosting and ways ensembles work and etc

Problem can be solved by using Reinforcement Learning, we can make a nodes(locations) using the coordinates , state environment can be defined with your inputs. We have worked on problems involving multi agent optimization( Combinatorial Optimization techniques) involving Q learning, Markov Decision Process. Project in consideration will involve a robust planning and should act for any given city, which means we will have to make a program that has a DYNAMIC STATE ENVIRONMENT. Project would involve some real life problems , shortest path may not always be best path, due to heavy traffic in it. We are team of Engineers from IIT/BHU/IISER and always undertake highly challenging projects. Its likely this project will take more than 4 weeks to complete.
