Reusable garbage bag design needed

Overview: We are looking to design and manufacture a new product: a reusable garbage bag. This product is to replace consumer single-use plastic garbage bags. The product will initially be for the Australian market, then the US and Europe. We need an industrial designer to help us visualize our design concept (CAD). The material we want to use is waterproof 420D nylon (or alternatives - PUL or recycled plastic). This material has qualities we require for the purpose of a reusable garbage bag including daily usage at home for the kitchen garbage for up to 12 months, waterproof and machine washable. It also is strong enough for daily usage and to hold up to 10kg without tearing or creating a hole, etc. Main Design Material: Garbage bag main material: waterproof 420D nylon (or alternatives - see above). Other Materials: The reusable garbage bag would need a way for the top of the bag to be pulled tight around the rim of the garbage bin. For the handles we want to use a sustainable material: hemp string. We need two handles on the side of the garbage bag to make it user-friendly for the user to carry the bag from the household to empty into an external garbage bin. We want to use 100% hemp webbing at 1.5cm. It can be attached to the sides of the garbage bag material (waterproof 420D nylon) with rivits (must be waterproof/ leak-free) or sown into the bag material for this. If you have any suggestions on how best to achive usability and ensuring it will be waterproof, do make your suggestions.  Other:  We are open to optimizing the design and materials used to create the most sustainable reusable garbage bag that people would be delighted to use daily.  Garbage Bag Size: We want it to be suitable for most kitchen tidy bins. The garbage bag size we want to design is 60cmx70cm. We want to find a designer who can help us to create a functional, user-friendly product: garbage bag that is easy to empty, easy to carry to the main/wheelie bin, but also visually attractive.
