Price modificator for Prestashop - fix special price on import

Price Modificator We have in one module finished product imports from 15 sellers by cron. There are two options how we need attach sale price to specific products: 1st We have pre-prepaird price modificator by previous programmer on input import (in module: Dropshipping on bottom: [login to view URL] ). This modificator is based on Manufacturer name. So we want deffine on all manufactory=="Abc" add sale -10%. Important is round final price to whole number with VAT. Sale price (when use manufacturer modificator) we want wrote to Sale to have visible price before sale (crossed) and new price (after sale). If sale for actueal manufactory is 10% we need make new row in ps_specific_price like [login to view URL] On Frontside likks like: [login to view URL] On Backend like: [login to view URL] 2nd We need make same attach sale to special price in %, when we attach to some import directly (no manufacturer selected) This function is finished but rewrite final price (final price - 10% = new final price) We need change this function to make like in 1st option - add new row to ps_specific_price like [login to view URL] When we remove manufacturer "Abc" from sale list we need deactivate/delete sale. How delete this sale? Because we import all 15 imports by cron every hour, we can make like clear whole table ps_specific_price by some button. So on next import (up to 60 minutes) will be fixed all prices with sale again (but without manufacturer "Abc").
