ZohoCRM to Quickbooks Enterprise API Build-Two Way

Would like to have a API built for syncing the below information from ZohoCRM to & From Quickbooks Enterprise 2014 on a 5 minute basis. During the sync it should check for updates for all data. For example: A product price changes then it should update in Quickbooks. Or you change customer name in quickbooks then it updates in CRM. The developer will be responsible for debugging issues also so please take this into consideration.
