-use yii framework and single controller for all action. -write registration and login code don't use prebuild code for registration -and login. -and make proper comments in code. 1. A registration form which would save data to two tables. 2. Form would have some dependent fields which needs to be fetched from database and bind dynamically. 3. Registered user must be able to login with credentials he used to register. 4. Complete process needs to be done in a single controller action. 5. Make the function to change password using rest call. Thanks
