Write some Software

I organize 5-6 activities in the city of Amritsar. I need a software for my wordpress website. All these activities have a minimum number of participants. Advertise these activities on a page on my website and let people search as per date or activity. Take bookings and see if minimum number of participants are reached. Take information like phone number or hotel name with one as compulsory. Send emails for pending and confirmed bookings . Add confirmed bookings to my google calender as an event with the timings of the event. This event should send an email to me one day before the event. Lets me manage the changes behind the software so I can change minimum number of participants or prices. the purpose is this but we can have some small changes during the design .
