Wowonder script project

Building a free social network using the script Wowonder. It has voice and webcam chat but to use it, you need to use an API from Twilio. I have another social site that uses Chameleon script. This has WEBRTC video and audio chat without needing anything else other than an SSL certificate. Do you know the software well enough to convert it so that video and audio calls can be made by users without having to use an API or cost per minute of use? Looking for experienced, affordable developers for this project.
