I need a website related to payments. I have 100 plus charity organizations on my panel. I want a website where users will register. After registering, they will allow us to deduct a percentage from their credit card everytime they will make some transaction through card. For example, if a registered user buys a shirt from anywhere in the world using his credit card/paypal or any other payment source for 40$, then 44$ should be deducted from his card. extra 4 will be sent to user's account in our website because user selected 10% option. and then we will send those 4$ to one of charity organization by his name. I want to allow my customers to attach their credit cards with my website using encrypted token from a PCI compliant partner. I don't want to store sensitive information about users. need 256-bit TSL encryption for website and all services communication and databases Need front-end and back-end both.
